v0.10.6: JavaScript support

v0.10.6 adds JavaScript support, as planned in v0.10.5. The Rust crate skipped crates.io because the build was unstable, and the next crate release is v0.10.7.

  • A lazily loaded Renderer comes with a simpler API.
